FUNDRAISING
The Holiday Tour of Homes is the League’s biggest fundraiser each year. The inaugural event was held in 1997. And twelve yearls later, the Home Tour raised a total of $13,500 for Cherokee County charities. The Tour of Homes features several exquisite homes in Cherokee County which are professionally decorated for the holidays by local designers. The 14th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes will be held on November 13 and 14, 2010.
In the spring, the League holds the Golf Tournament fundraiser “Give A Child A Mulligan”. This event is held at Towne Lake Hills East Golf Course, and the 2010 date is yet to be determined.
