MEETING INFORMATION
General meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month (September through May) at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Rose Creek Drive in Towne Lake. The meetings start at 7:00 with the first 30 minutes reserved for social interaction and the formal meeting beginning at 7:30. Meetings last from 1 ½ to 2 hours (including the social part).
Everyone is required to sign in at the meetings. The sign in table is at the entrance of the meeting room. The Specials Projects Volunteer sign in sheets are located there as well as temporary name tags for provisional members and guests. The agenda for the evening’s meeting and other important information will also be available at the sign in table.
